Viber Brings the Fun to Desktop and Windows Phone Platforms with Popular Stickers and Emoticons

Viber, (www.viber.com) the leading mobile communications application offering free messaging and HD-quality phone calls, announces today the release of new versions of Viber Desktop and the Windows Phone 8 version of Viber. The new versions bring deeper integration between Viber Desktop and the Windows Phone version as well as added support for stickers, emoticons and other key features on both platforms.

Additionally, the company announced rapid growth on the Windows Phone platform with over 500,000 users downloading the app every month.

  • Redesigned conversations list
  • Improved pop-up notifications

The Windows Phone 8 version of Viber features a native interface that has been specifically tailored for Windows Phone devices. The app features a native call screen and support for Windows Phone live tiles, allowing users to see their latest messages and other info from their home screen.
